On Friday 22 March, Cocalni held its Ordinary General Assembly for the period 2022/2023. At this annual meeting, the financial results were presented and the progress and challenges facing our cooperative were discussed. The numbers revealed reflect an encouraging picture and steady progress in many areas.
One of the highlights of the meeting was the state of Cocalni's accounts, which show a solid and stable financial health. During the last period, Cocalni managed to maintain healthy accounts, reflecting the commitment and efficiency of the financial management carried out by the cooperative.
In addition, significant growth in sales was reported, with an increase of 7.8% over the previous season. This achievement is not only evidence of Cocalni's ability to adapt to a changing economic environment, but also of our customers' confidence in and preference for our products and services.
An extraordinary milestone was reached this year, setting a record in Cocalni's 60-year history: the amount paid out to members. This record figure not only represents recognition of the effort and dedication of all members of the cooperative, but also demonstrates the positive impact that Cocalni has had on the lives of its members over the decades.
The AGM was also well attended by more than a hundred members, who came together to discuss and contribute their ideas and opinions to building the future of Cocalni. The diversity of perspectives and the commitment of the members are key elements for the sustainable development and continued success of our cooperative.
All in all, Cocalni's 2022/2023 AGM was an event full of achievements and positive projections. The favourable financial results, growth in sales, record membership settlement and active participation of members are testimony to Cocalni's commitment to its values and to the well-being of its members and customers.
