On Friday, 13 June 2025, at 6 p.m., Cocalni's Extraordinary General Assembly took place, a key meeting for the future of our cooperative. The event brought together numerous members in an atmosphere of active participation and shared commitment.
A record settlement
During the meeting, particular emphasis was placed on the settlement report, which provided a detailed analysis of the economic performance achieved. This campaign broke a historic record: the highest amount ever paid out to members in a single campaign was reached, with more than 6 million euros distributed. This represents a 25% increase in distribution compared to last year, which had already been very positive. This achievement reflects the effort, efficiency and commitment of the entire cooperative. These good results are a reflection of the joint effort and efficiency with which work has been carried out at all levels.
New standards for 2026
New rules governing the 2025/2026 campaign were also approved. These guidelines have been designed to optimise processes and promote more efficient and sustainable management, in line with Cocalni's strategic objectives for the 2025-2029 Operational Programme.
Renewal of the Governing Council
The Assembly was also the scene of an institutional renewal process with the re-election of half of the members of the Governing Council, thus ensuring the continuity of the project with experienced and committed leadership.
